Fei Shen from DTU Chemistry has developed a new type of biological power source which uses enzymes to convert chemical energy directly into electrical energy—or to store electric charge.

Kristina made prototypes for tubes that mimicked blood vessels and found that the heat transfer and flow resistance was able to provide a per cent higher performance than a straight tube.
